The wordings of the current oath of enlisted men and women into the military of United States of America is as follows:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).
Everyone who serves within our government is required to swear (or at least affirm) an oath. Oaths are important to both the served and the servant. The oath defines authority and the responsibility. There is no rule or code that overrules their oath. Above and below are the oaths that our military solders are required to offer before they become officially a part of our military.
The wordings of the current oath of commission officers into the military of the Unites States of America is as follows. Notice that the oath for commissioned officers is a little different.
"I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God." (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)
The question that remains: What if the POTUS, or one or more of his minions, requires or demands that an enlisted man or woman violate his or her oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic? What if the POTUS is the enemy?
ALL AMERICANS SHOULD KNOW THIS: No one with the exception of Almighty God has any authority in America over any other American without an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
THE OATH LIMITS THE OATH TAKERS AUTHORITY. THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF WAS CREATED TO DEFINE GOVERNMENT AND TO LIMIT GOVERNMENTS AUTHORITY.
REMEMBER THIS; FROM THE DOG CATCHER TO THE POTUS - NOT OATH = NO AUTHORITY.

I once had an acquaintance, of capable (but evidently limited) intelligence, that advised me that the reason for America being such a great nation is because everything is so screwed up all the time ––– “it has to be great to survive the chaos,” he said. I chuckle now in retrospect, as his statement even back then sounded so much like a Yellow Dog’s explanation of the whys’ and wherefores’ of that period of time. I mentioned to him that he was totally out of his mind, that what he was saying didn’t make any since at all. Obliviously he was very wrong. I have come to believe that most Americans have been thinking in a similar way since the early sixties and before.
The sixties, if you recall, was a time of major change in America. And, as it turns out it was a change from one ignorant perspective to another. Since WWII, people don’t seem to have or at least take the time to search for truth, particularly truth within our Government. Even before and during WWII there was much deception going on, always has been and always will be. Nothing changes under the sun.
It appears to me that there is no end to the bad that is presently taking place. About the time that I think that it couldn’t possibly get any worse, it does. There is no doubt in my mind that total chaos is creeping closer and closer to my door.
Is there anything that I can do or say that will make one iota of difference in my world, particularly my country, the USA?
Probably not. Name calling doesn’t work, the White House is proving this point in the news today. Even trying to interest everyday Americans into searching for the truth is chasing after the wind, because no one seems to be the least bit interested. The only true hope for my America is for a few more people to find a working knowledge of Jesus Christ. Jesus IS who He said He is and He has never and will never change. He is the Way and the Truth and He is Love and He is life.. If I can get people to think about Him, I might make a difference in my world and in my country.
Question what is not proven. Take nothing for granted.
Thoughts should always be seeking truth! Think good thoughts! Think true thoughts! Questions are always an important part of thought. You are what you think!
If you will notice there is not much in the news about the coming election this time! Have you ever wondered why?
One thing that is evident in this go around: The poor performance of this POTUS is obvious, however, the ignorant and uninformed citizens don't realize it. It is frightening to me that a huge number (very possibly a majority) of voters fit easily into this category. There are still those Yellow Dog individuals who think because the POTUS is a Democrat that he is okay, and doing a fine job. Of course there are still a number of people who believe that because the POTUS is an American (this argument is still unsettled) anything that he says or does is good or at least okay because he is an American and this is America. People who look at America in this way are simply refusing the truth for their own version of what they want the truth to be. Truth is a nasty word to those who don’t like it and refuse to believe or admit it. It's impossible to disagree with truth so when they can't win their argument they remain silent.
What really puzzles me is why educated people who speak the news on HD television (primarily the three big networks ABC, CBS and NBC) will ignore such an important topic as the truth especially during this election time frame. They say a little bit about the election, just enough to say that they covered it, but hiding as much of the negative truth as they possibly can by not reporting it. Are they just following orders from above? If this is the case, then, how can they live with themselves? Are their consciences so seared that is doesn’t bother them to watch America, once a great nation, implode? Is there any doubt that the top of this obvious pyramid of deception is Satan himself? Who else would want the greatest Christian Nation in recent history to implode?
How is it that one group of people can claim that it is their right to force another group of people to do anything that is against their will and their own moral ethical code? According to the Deceleration of Independence all men (women included) are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
This does NOT mean that because I am Alive that I have a Right and the Liberty to punch you in the nose because it makes me Happy!
It does mean that gays have the right to be gay if they choose to be, but gays DO NOT have the right to make anyone else participate in any way, shape, form or fashion in any behavior that the Holy Bible considers to be sinful. This would include taking part in blessing a Gay Union by perform a gay marriage ceremony. The judges, the lawyers and the political powers also have a right to believe whatever they choose, however, they DO NOT have the right to force anyone else to believe or to behave in the same way. Should they try to ram their beliefs on anyone else by threats of jail time or by threats of cash fines, then the we the people should rise up and eliminate them from government by what ever means necessary! For this very reason we have the second amendment!
Is this so complicated that a court should decide and declare what liberty really is? Give me a break even those in government know what is right and what is not! Are we the people so stupid that we will tolerate such Bovine Excrement on our computers, on our televisions, and at our dinner table? ? ? ?

I am a positive thinking person. I try and always look at the up side and ignore the downside. I look at a half filled glass as always being half full, and not half empty. However, when it comes to survival there is no way to rationalize and make the truth anything more than what it is. It doesn’t matter how badly I want something to be true, if it isn’t true then there is no forcing it into being true by believing it to be so. If it stinks like excrement, chances are that it isn’t ice cream. Trying to make something to be what it is not has caused us, as a Nation, to paint ourselves into a corner.
I am presently a free man, however, with less liberty now than what I had when I was 19 years old and a PFC in the Army. I admit that I am becoming an angry old man. When our government hamstrings the very people who are productive it makes me very angry!
An example of what makes me mad: Today I was standing in line at the Mustang Post Office, and over heard the lady behind the counter telling an elderly lady about getting a Passport. Come to find out that the lady needed the passport to book passage on an Airliner from Oklahoma City, OK bound for Las Vegas, NV. Granted, the new mandate by the State Department is not in effect yet, but it’s coming and Oklahoma will be one of the first States to participate. You will need to obtain a US Passport to fly on SWA from Oklahoma City, OK. Seems to me that we have enough laws on the books that are not being enforced ------ why is it that the State Department to has to come out with a new regulation? Know this; it is not a law unless Congress says it is a law. But, the Airlines have no choice but to kowtow to this whim of the State Department. This is the kind of Bovine Excrement that makes me an angry old man!
I’ve heard women declare after giving birth, “NEVER AGAIN!” However, it seems that before a year has passed many of them are singing a different tune. They just love being a mom and can’t wait to have another baby. They don’t give it a second thought, not even when they are seven or eight months along. It’s like the pain never happened, and they can’t remember or recall any tension or stress associated with it. It must have something to do with the way they were created; otherwise we would all eventually die off.The memory of the pain of childbirth must be similar for an older and fatter people like myself who like hiking to fourteen thousand feet above sea level. Somehow, we completely forget the pain and agony of the last time we attempted it. Most people who live somewhere around a thousand feet ASL find it is a major effort to climb a flight of stairs in Denver which is only fifty three hundred feet above sea level (ASL). There are not very many of us old hikers around because of that fact.Prior to hiking all fourteeners after the first one, I seem unable to remember the suffering involved on the previous hikes. All the trauma to my joints, my lungs and my heart are completely missing from my memory. I can’t seem to remember the three or four days of agony from the soreness caused by the strain of the hike. I also have the tendency to forget extra weight, and this year I hauled thirty pounds of unneeded of body fat to the summit. I forget that any tiny item that isn’t needed is unwanted weight which after a day of hiking becomes a huge burden. I do remember the problem with high altitude which may cause Acute Mountain Sickness (common in one out of four hikers), so, I try and give myself a couple days around ten thousand feet ASL to acclimate. I 'kind of' remember the effort it took to summit the last fourteener, therefore, I 'kind of' try to get myself as physically fit as possibly. I ride a bicycle and hike a little, but never enough. When on the hike, it’s easy to remember how afternoon thunderstorms can run you down a mountain side that is covered with ankle breaking talus. It only takes one time near a lightning strike to make you a believer. The thought of being struck by lightning burns something into your memory that is totally unforgettable.This year, the round trip hike ended up being somewhere between seven and eight miles long and an altitude gain of a little over three thousand, six hundred feet. For the most part the trail was good, however there were more than several places where an ankle could be easily broken. Particular care must be maintained to keep from stumbling and hurting oneself. My initial intent was to hike to the summit of “Red Cloud” then to transition over to the summit of “Sunshine” and back again. This would have been more miles hiked to make a grand total of more than twelve miles round trip and an additional vertical assent and decent of around a thousand feet two extra times. I’ve been defeated several times by “lack of discretion,” but not this time. I had several excuses for not completing my original intent, and several more excuses for wanting to completing it. However, “Better discretion” won me over and I’m presently home here in Mustang, Oklahoma undamaged and unharmed. Originally I was going to pitch a tent and camp at the trail head, however due to my good friend “better discretion” I chose a motel in Lake City. After resting reasonably well, I arose at 0300 MDT and was the first one on the trail by 0440 MDT hauling a 20 to 25 pound backpack, the majority of the weight was water. However, I was probably hauling 10 pounds of unnecessary weight. Sometimes you have to just take chances and leave some of your contingency material in the pickup, and sometimes you don't. Before the hike I was asked by a loved one if I was going to pack a handgun. My reply was,"NO WAY JOSE!" That would have been useful only if I wanted to shoot myself, and that was one option that I felt was better unavailable to me.By the time I started, the moon had already set, and starlight was of little use as the trail began in a heavy forest. I was hiking with a headlamp which illuminated the trail nicely. After a while hiking, I began to hear someone in the distance behind me and occasionally I would see a flash of their light. Suddenly I heard a voice say, “Are you the Okie?” I replied, “Yes, how did you know?” “We signed the register right below you.” He said as the two men caught up with me. We all introduced ourselves. (note: I have never met a jerk above ten thousand feet while hiking in the Rockies.) This time was no different, as these two guys, Boyd and Andy from Dallas, are very nice people, with whom I now communicate. Hopefully we will be friends and communicate often from now on.The two men are much younger than me, I’d say late thirties or early forties, and they were both in much better physical shape. They ripped passed me and in no time were leading me by a half to three-quarters of a mile. They both topped the ridge around sunrise, as the dawn light was illuminating the mountains all around. I watched them moving up the ridge and as they started to scramble up the rocky side of the mountain well above the tree line. We three were the only hikers present on this Friday the 5th day of September 2014.Andy and Boyd topped the summit of “Red Cloud” long before I did and deposit their packs on the top as they scrambled down and up again to the summit of “Sunshine.”I too left my pack there and started toward “Sunshine” behind them. However after less than a mile, when “better discretion” took control and helped me make an about-face. Back to the summit of "Red Cloud" and down the mountain. Truthfully I was already completely physically spent. There was no energy left. It was a struggle the rest of the day and all the way down. I was probably slower going back down than my ascent. After stopping for a short chat on their way down, Andy and Boyd ripped by me once again. They reminded me of an earlier time in my life when going down was faster, safer and a lot more fun that going up. The conclusion of this event was that it took me almost twelve hours to make this round trip. I was too heavy and out of shape. Next time I’ll be lighter and I will find a stadium with bleachers where I can gain about a thousand feet a day for at least a couple of weeks. I think this sort of physical training would have been very beneficial this year. But you know what they say about hind sight always being 20/20.I must mention that Almighty God is in control of everything. He is my Source, and He created me and He was with me all the way to the top and all the way back. I praise Him and to Him is all the glory. Me? I was the guy placing one foot ahead of the other praying each step of the way. He was the one who helped me make it to the top and back again. Honestly the Holy Spirit of God who lives in me kept me safe and gave me the endurance to complete my wish. “Red Cloud” is my 15th fourteener, I hope to do more of them in the future, if the Lord is willing to allow it. I was totally used up by the time I got back to Lake City, I had several large cups of Iced Tea and a Buffalo Burger with french fries at Poker Alice’s Restaurant. I went straight back to my Motel and went to bed, I remained in bed for the next twelve hours. Then four days of soreness. Already I feel like hiking another fourteener. Just like the women who give birth, it’s what they are born to do, and hiking fourteeners is what I love to do. God’s Grace is by far the best gift I have ever received! To Him be all the glory!
One day a few years ago in the early afternoon I was riding my bicycle via the bike path on a bridge over the Salt River in Tempe, Arizona. Suddenly, what at first appeared to be a small bird came crashing into the middle of my chest. It wasn't a small bird at all. I was hit by a wad of already-been-chewed tobacco that was thrown at me by the rider of a passing car. The car was heading toward me in the direction of the ASU campus. The thrower was hanging out the passenger window of the car laughing at me. I hate to admit it but I gave him the international sign of discontent. Needless to say it made me so mad that I would have probably tried to go fist to cuff with the guy should he have had the courage to confront me. I would probably gotten my butt spanked by the younger man, but, I might have spanked him. I was so upset at the time that it would have been worth taking the chance. Of course, I never saw him again.
On the other hand:
For an undisclosed reason I was out in the middle of nowhere north of Mustang, Oklahoma around midnight. I was all alone and hiking toward home. There was enough moon and starlight that I could easily see where I was going. My hike started a little over four miles from home which would have taken me about an hour. I was wearing khaki shorts, a dark colored tee shirt, leather sandals without socks and one of my typically goofy looking baseball caps. The footwear wasn’t designed for hiking and my feet were beginning to blister on the top in a couple places, however, I’ve had sore feet before. It wasn’t a life or death situation, if you know what I mean. Oh, I had a cell phone, but I had already resigned myself to the fact that the hike would do me good and a little foot pain was not a problem. Anyway, I would be home within a half hour or so. It was late for traffic in this part of the world and only three or four cars had passed me in the previous half-hour all of them had approached me from the front. Desiring not to be hit by a car I always moved to the opposite side of the road from the traffic. This is easy to do when you see the car approaching, and I follow the same procedure when the cars are approaching me from the rear.
A small sedan approached me from the rear. When I first heard the car and saw its lights I moved to my left on the opposite side of the road from where the approaching car would pass. The car stopped right beside me and the young man who was driving it asked, “could you use a ride?”
I’m a very trusting person and I haven’t met very many people who I wouldn’t befriend if they would let me. And, you know what, I’ve never been attacked or robbed by a stranger around midnight when out in the middle of nowhere north of Mustang, Oklahoma. It turned out that the driver of this particular sedan was a kind young man who was genuinely interested in my welfare. I immediately answered, “you bet I could,” as I walked around the front of the car and climbed in beside him. I introduced my self and we shook hands.
This young man saw me walking and had passed me from my front, and after he drove a mile or so past me he decided to turn around and see if I needed help.
He drove me to my doorstep which was a little over two miles away. Although, our conversation was very short I found out that I knew his dad, uncle, aunt and his grandparents. It was then easy for me to understand his kindness, his respect and his genuine concern for me. What a difference a loving Christian family makes in a young man’s life.
Acts of kindness make me feel good, oh I’ve offered others kindness a few times, but it seems that I’ve received ten times more that I’ve ever given.
For the rest of my life the memory of this event will make my heart soar like an eagle!
America is full of wonderful people who try to behave in a way that Jesus told us all to behave. They genuinely love their neighbor. I am continuously overwhelmed by God’s wonderful amazing Grace.
When I focus on some of the problems we Americans face, I am overwhelmed! It seems that we are leaderless, like a corked bottle containing good news and important information, but this bottle is floating aimlessly somewhere in a great ocean, and it seems that the good news may never be revealed. But, I could be wrong!Many times the contrast between good and evil is very sharp and well defined. All young men are filled with hormones from early puberty until who knows when, but younger men are easily influenced by others, sometimes by good and other times by evil. Take for example the young men who become terrorist and blow themselves up in order to kill a few of their perceived enemies. These young men are told or led to believe when they die doing this horrible act of suicide and murder, that they will immediately be in a heavenly place surrounded by more than fifty beautiful virgins to fulfill their every sensual desire. This powerful lie is easily believed when these young men's daily life here on earth are filled with fear, misery, hate and anxiety. The desire to become a martyr with all of the perceived benefits is like a black hole sucking them in. Lots and lots of these young men are in training at this very minute.On the other hand; let me tell you about a young man right here in the Great State of Oklahoma, who offered me, directly to me, an act of kindness. He chose to go out of his way to serve me.I was grinding away the last few miles of a thirty-mile bike ride, and the summertime temperature was hovering around the century mark. Keep in mind that I’m older and fatter than most bicyclist, and I was struggling a little up a long hill heading North on Oklahoma State Hwy 4. I had topped one hill and had started up a lesser one when I noticed an older model pickup truck had stopped and was sitting on the shoulder where I ride. This meant that I would have to be extra careful passing it because of traffic coming from behind me, and the fact that the door of the pickup could be opened as I approached, and, well, you know that could be a problem. Anyway, as I was about a hundred yards from it I noticed the driver was outside of the truck standing beside it and looking in my direction. I thought that he could be stuck out here with a problem and without a cell phone. I stopped and asked him if he needed any help.“No,” he said, “I passed you earlier and noticed that you were struggling a little coming up that hill and I thought you could use a cold drink of water, so I want you to have this one,” as he handed me a cold bottle of water. What a wonderful act of kindness. In addition to the endorphins which were already pumping in my blood stream from my strenuous effort my spirit began to soar higher and higher.I asked if he knew Jesus, and he replied, “Yes, I talk to him every day.” Although I know this young man’s name, I wouldn’t mention it here because I don’t think he would want me to. I will say this, he is a Senior Student at Tuttle High School and his initials are D.L., and he knows Jesus.This young man is most probably a natural born leader. He sacrificed his time and his resources to purchase me (an unknown guy on a bicycle who seemed to be in need) a cold bottle of water and the fuel to get it for me and then to deliver it to me. He could be a leader that would be followed. What more could I say?The memory of his act will cause me feelings of joy for the rest of my life!
I hear a lot of talk of how bad our situation has become in America. Most of what I hear and read, although it’s very pessimistic, most of it is truth based on fact.

I’m sure Lori is addressing the barrage of complaints and criticism heard within the Aviation Community, particularly pilots airing their views. Each and every pilot always has an opinion about everything, including many things that they know absolutely nothing about. And they are liberal in freely voicing their opinion to anyone who will listen. This is usually the extent of what they do. They seldom take action.
Change requires action. To accomplish anything requires more action than whining, complaining and criticizing. Once the problem is identified, action is required to remedy it.
In America we have numerous problems and most of them are instituted and aggravated by unconstitutional government actions. Our present President has violated his oath of office on numerous occasions, not to mention the fact that he was never qualified for the position in the first place. Anytime any of our public servants such as Congressmen to include Senators, Federal Judges to include the Supreme Court Justices violate their oaths of office they comment treason toward their Country and the American people. It would not require much digging to find that most of them that are in office are there for their own gratifications. They are don’t seem to be interested in serving the needs of the American People. This in itself is a travesty that is killing our Nation.
What can we do other than complain to correct this problem?
Educate yourself and others. Start by reading the Declaration of Independence. And, pay particular attention to the second paragraph where it starts: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Nine out of ten people that I ask; from where do Americans receive their rights? don’t have a clue!
Create a mailing list; Your congressmen to include your Senators. Your friends and family. Also, create an e-mail list as well, but it should be secondary. There is nothing better than a hand written letter.
Make a list of phone numbers of your Congressmen and the White House.
Pay attention to what little truth you can glean from the major networks. Study the Holy Bible to determine what you can believe and what you can’t. Proverbs is a great place to start.
CHALLENGE, CHALLENGE, CHALLENGE any and all statements by public servants that you deem to be the least bit untrue. Call them up, there will be someone there that you can talk to. You can quiz the person on the line as to the why and wherefores of statements made, or even the attitudes of office holder. This is a place that you will be heard! Your call will be noted!
Follow up with a letter to the specific party (Congressmen or Senator or whoever etc.) Be specific about your concerns and keep a record of your letters and calls.
Notify your friends and family of what is going on and encourage them to do the same.
Know what the Constitution is. Remember it is only a document that defines and limits the Government to include the Federal Government and all other governments within our Country. Get a copy of it and then read it. There are a few discrepancies particularly in some of the Amendments.
Do something! Whining is not enough! Bitching accomplishes nothing! DO SOMETHING!
Freedom is the inalienable right given to us by Almighty God. The right to choose that is given us by our Creator marks freedom as the most precious abstract quality available to mankind. Our freedom is not that we can or cannot choose, we all have to choose. The freedom is in what we choose to believe. Not choosing is a choice in itself.
I believe that choice, the ability to freely choose, given to mankind by our Creator is the only possible way that God could give of Himself to us. "Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love."(1 John 4:8 ESV). If we humans were not given the ability to choose, yea or nay, this or that, how could we love? Without freedom we could not love nor could we be loved.
God is not only a God of Love, He is a Holy and Just God Who demands perfection. However, His love is so great the he made provisions for an imperfect, unholy world to have a way to know and to love Him. Jesus Christ told the Pharisee named Nicodemus these words:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.”(John 3:16-18 ESV)
The correct choice is awesome, and the incorrect choice is horrifying. You and I have the freedom to choose. The correct choice has unbelievable benefits the instant you make it. You choose in Whom you will believe in, the Son of Almighty God or someone else, or something else, or even yourself. There is only one correct choice and you and I are free to choose it or we can choose to reject it. How we choose has eternal ramifications. There is only one truth. It doesn’t matter what we think is true, or how we feel about what we think or what others may think is true or not true. There is only one truth. And, this truth will set you free! “and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”(John 8:32 ESV)
FREEDOM! THAT'S WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!
Two hundred and thirty eight years ago our Founding Fathers signed one of the most important documents ever written. Only the Bible is more important than this document. The Deceleration of Independence declares that all of our rights were given to us by our Creator. Part of the second paragraph reads:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
All Americans should know theses words and they should understand what they mean.
If we are Christian or claim to be Christian, then shouldn’t we should understand what being free really means. The only real freedom is found through Jesus Christ. I think that this is so cool to know that Samuel B. Doudney, served with our first President George Washington at Valley Forge and most probably crossed the Delaware River to help win the victory at Trenton, NJ.
This knowledge makes me feel responsible and encourages me to carry on the good fight for freedom. The price has been high and much blood has been shed that we might remain free. And we must never forget! We are under attack this very minute from within. I believe that a major reason that we seem to be losing is because we haven't spread the good news of Jesus Christ as we should have. Our democracy will not work as designed without a constituency of God fearing believers.
There are a multitude of reasons why all Americans should know where our rights, our freedom and our liberty come from. The answer to this question is documented by our founding fathers in the second paragraph of The Deceleration of Independence where it states: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - - -” And, it goes on. I suggest that you get a copy and read it for your self, especially if you are one of the few Americans who can read and have the slightest interest in truth.
What makes it so important is this; if there is no God, (a Communist idea) as many progressive liberals and secular scientist want to believe, and this belief (which is a lie from Hell) is established within the thought process of America in our schools, our universities, our military, our families (if you call them families) and even some so called churches. (By the way we are almost there. If you can’t see this you just might be blind and stupid!) If God is eliminated from our courts, our congress and the executive branch of our government, then where will we obtain our rights, our freedom and our liberty? Then what standard will be used to determine justice?
For this reason alone, Americans should at least recognize Almighty God as our Creator and recognize Him as Sovereign Lord. There are many more reasons to recognize Almighty God, but this might be a good place to start. Ya think?

We all have the basic need to be loved. However, often times we want to bargan with others about it. We take a quid pro quo attitude toward those we say we love then of course when we receive love from them or others we don't want conditions.

I agree with the first line because love is a basic human need and we all are in need of it. However, I have a problem with the second line, because Love is not in short supply, on the contrary, it is plentiful and available to anyone and everyone. There is more than enough to go around.
We who live in the 21st Century can’t seem to get a grip on what genuine love really is. What many of us call love really isn’t love at all. Many seem to be confused about it. Is there such a thing as conditional love? I don’t think so, because if there are conditions, how can it be genuine?
What is Love? It is not lust or passion nor is it the result of having great power or of having enormous wealth. It’s not like you can take love to the bank and store it up for a rainy day. There are very few people who truly find it and those who do are bound to it eternally. The best synonym for the word love is the word sacrifice, however, love is much more than that. Love has been around since before the creation of Planet Earth. And, that's a fact.
Another mostly unknown fact is that God is Love. As St. John tells in 1 John 4: 7-11, Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
And in John 17:24 we are told that God’s love for Christ existed before the Creation of Planet Earth. And in Ephesians 1:4-6 we are told that we too were loved before the Creation of Planet Earth.
God’s Love is Unconditional, and that means it has;
No restrictions - No limitations - No ifs' - No whens' - No excepts'This unconditional love is absolute genuine love flowing toward you and me with no conditions whatsoever - none.God’s unconditional love is absolute!God’s love means; Not if I - Not when I - Not but
God’s love is unconditionally love flowing toward us since before the foundation of the world was put in place. Genuine Love is unconditional and sacrificial.
The fact is that we humans don't deserve to be loved by Almighty God, but we are. Shouldn't we accept this wonderful gift of love and then pass along the good news that God's love is abundant and it is free for the taking? Shouldn’t we learn more about it? And, shouldn't we teach our children and one another about this wonderful God and Savior who loves us unconditionally and wants to have a personal relationship with us?
God's Grace or His unconditional love toward is the best news ever. All that is necessary to experience genuine love is to accept the gift of love that Jesus Christ paid for on the Cross two thousand years ago. It’s free and it’s unconditional. You don’t have to change a thing to receive it, you can receive it just like you are. However, receiving this gift of genuine love will change you, your life and your future. And, you will like the change! I guarentee it!

At the start of each new U.S. Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, newly elected or re-elected Members of Congress – the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate – must recite an oath:

Each and every member of our Government including the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Executive branch including both the President and the Vice President and all the Secretaries, and last but not least the Judicial branch which includes all judges both state and federal are required by law to take an oath similar to the above oath which Congress takes.
Judges: Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office:

I doubt that it takes much more than five or six years of formal education to read and to understand these words. So, if any one person or a group of persons, many within our government, fail to fulfill the obligations that they have each sworn to–––or at least affirmed to, they have committed treason and insurrection. They have become of their own choosing enemies of the United States of America.
Is what I have just stated difficult to understand? The Constitution of the United States of America is the only thing that separates us from all other countries and their forms of government. In America, per the Constitution the individual is a very important person, so important that it guarantees the individual rights.
How long will we the people of these United States of America allow these progressives, these socialist, these fascist, and these communist to tread all over us? They are ignoring the very document that represents our lifeblood. The Constitution is a powerful tool in the hands of a moral and honest people.

This is a true story. The names have been changed to hide the guilty and to protect the innocent.Beth has a calm quality; she has very kind blue eyes, a pleasant face, a beautiful smile and the typical eye-catching body of a thirty-something-year-old American girl. My first impression of her was that she was a very attractive, but on the shy side. However, I soon realized that she was anything but shy. Her personality, when confronted, was that of a mama bear with cubs. I was part of the story and witnessed much of it myself. Beth tells the story in her own words. Since the tragedies that took place September 11, 2001, things have changed on all airliners. We now have a new improved bullet-proof Cockpit door that locks. It’s so strong that burley firemen with a large fire axe would require more than a few minutes to get into the cockpit. Heaven help the cockpit crew if they are unconscious, and the airplane was burning. It was another early morning departure from the East Coast that pushed off the gate just before dawn. Our circadian rhythms couldn’t have possibly been more out of kilter. It was 3:00 am in Phoenix and 2:00 am if you happen to live on the West Coast like I do. Needless to say that everyone on this crew is operating on less than normal rest. If you are lucky you might get a few minutes more than four hours rest- - - - -if your lucky!We had been airborne long enough to reach cruise altitude and, the cockpit crew called needing to use the restroom. When this happens, the cabin crew has to drop what they are doing and accommodate the cockpit crew. All of this is new procedure since 911. When one of the pilots leaves the cockpit then the oneremaining must be in his seat to monitor the flying of the airplane. One flight attendant must sit in the cockpit while the pilot uses the restroom. The pilot either calls or makes a secret knock and the flight attendant who is inside the cockpit opens the door for them. She or he will look through the peephole in the cockpit door in order to ascertain that all is safe and secure before opening the door to allow the pilot in. The first class flight attendant who was me is supposed to guard the cockpit door from the cabin side. This procedure takes place each time a pilot needs to use the facility. Usually, both pilots do it one right after the other which saves time giving the cabin crew more service time for the passengers. After the Captain finished the first officer went in the lavatory and did his thing. As soon as he finished and the flight attendant who was stationed inside the cockpit returned, I decided that I would use the facility myself, in order to save time, of course. Well, lo-and-behold, the first officer didn’t flush, so before I could use the toilet I flushed it. I thought to myself that that was rude and unthoughtful. I immediately placed him in the bone-a-fide jerk category of pilots that I know. About two hours later, the same scenario took place. I stayed close to the lavatory door to see if First Officer Fred was going to fail to flush again. Sure enough, Freddy didn’t flush! “Excuse me Fred, but didn’t you forget to flush?” I politely asked. “No I didn’t forget to flush. I don’t flush. I don’t touch anything inthere. I did once, and I became ill. I don’t touch anything in aircraft lavatories. Okay?” He replied with all the authority he could muster. “Well, as-a-matter-of-fact, you are going to touch something in there today because you are going back in there right now and flush the toilet! Why should any of my First Class Passengers have to flush for you? Why should anyone of the crew have to flush for you?” I was peeved. If it hadn’t been for the curtain between the passenger seats and the forward area, all of the First Class passengers could have seen just how upset I had become. I’m sure that they might have heard the conversation, but I hope not. Fred looked at me eye-to-eye and stated, “This conversation is over!” He then called the cockpit via the flight-phone, and the flight attend inside opened the door to let him in. I followed him into the cockpit and told the Captain, “Freddy here refuses to flush, and I don’t think it is right for any of my First Class passengers to have to flush his toilet. I’m not going to flush it for him, and I don’t think any of the crew should have to flush it for him.” Before the Captain could say a word Fred looked at me and stated again, “I told you this conversation is over!” “Okay, the conversation is over. And, now I’m going to lock the forward lavatory and placard it out-of-service. Then when we get to Phoenix, I’m going to hand carry an irregularity report describing in detail what has happened here to the Chief Pilot myself.” The Captain interrupted and said. “Hey, hey, hold your horses, don’t lock or placard the lavatory inoperative. I’ll go flush right now, and when you get to Phoenix you do what you have to do. Okay?” the Captain said as he got out of his seat. Then, we went through the whole security scenario again as the Captain went into the lavatory and flushed the toilet. As he returned to his seat we made eye contact and I could tell that he was a little proud of me standing my ground about the flush. I hated it that the Captain had to get up and flush. However, I was committed to lock the lavatory and placard it out-of-service if it didn’t get flushed, and I wasn’t going to flush for Freddy ever again. I completed an irregularity report, and hand carried it to the Chief Pilot's Office after we landed in Phoenix just like I said I would. The pilots in the Chief Pilots office were appalled after reading my report and asked only a few questions. I really thought that nothing would become of it, but a week or so later I passed the Captain on one of the concourses there at Sky Harbor. He looked my way with a big grin on his face and said, “Hey Beth. I thought that you would like to know that Fred got called in to the Chief Pilots Office. I’d be willing to bet that he will flush next time.” The Captain was laughing about the whole thing. As I look back the event was humorous, although, when it was happening it was serious business! Three weeks later, I flew with Freddy again, however, I was working the very back of the aircraft and didn’t have any direct contact with him. I did receive a cold look from him a time or two. I checked with the first class flight attendant, and he did flush the one time he used the toilet. Maybe, I did thousands of first class passengers a great service, I hope so.~Adverse Yaw
Being raised in a church which claimed that there is only one way to heaven and that this way was the one and only way, and that the name Jesus played a paramount part in getting there always seemed a little confusing to me. In later years, when I started to think for myself; I thought that if it was true that the only way to heaven had something to do with the knowing the name Jesus, and that there was no other way seemed a bit unfair. Although, I know that my salvation is indelibly connected to Jesus and what He has done for me on the Cross, I doubted the validity of that channel of thought where knowing His name was the only way to eternal life in Heaven. What about all those tribes in the darkest jungles of Africa and South America who had lived their whole life without knowing the name Jesus. Then years ago when reading Saint Paul's letter to the Romans it was made clear to me that all of those people who live deep in the Amazon basin who had never travel any farther than a few miles from where they were born and had never laid eyes on an educated person, who couldn't read and had never heard of the bible, still had the chance for eternal life. I am no theologian and I'm not even an educated man but what I read in the Bible makes a lot of since to me. I have transcribed some of it below. Read it and form your own opinion. Then let me know what you think.

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighte-ousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. It would appear that some in the Amazon may have surrendered their desire, and refused to follow the dark desires of the tribe, and chose to seek Truth. Surrendering their self for Truth. Are we not all gifted with a desire to know Truth? And, isn't this a significant part of our design? Everyone has within themselves a compass, a conscience that is calling and beckoning us to truth.
There is another deep burning desire within us to please 'self' which all mankind has had within us since the fall of man and this 'pleasing of self' over good things always ends in failure. Then, most often, any hope for finding Truth is lost.
What difference is there between the tribes who live in the jungles of Brazil and those who live in the concrete jungles of North America? One difference is that those in America must have at one time or another heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But, both tribes had the choice to seek self or to seek Truth. And, according to Saint Paul in the very next chapter he says:
"For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified. For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus."The Holy Bible is full to the brim with Truth and is the best reading that I have ever found. I read many things and the Bible is by far the most reliable truth I have ever read or will ever read.
Although, the ones who we meet in Heaven that haven't heard the name Jesus Christ, I believe that it was still the shed Blood of Jesus that saved them, and somehow they received the faith to believe.

Fighter Pilots are steely eyed, weapons systems managers who kill bad people and break things. However, they can also be very charming and personable.
The average fighter pilot, despite sometimes having a swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring. (However, these feelings don't involve anyone else.)
Flying is a hard way to earn an easy living.
Both optimists and pessimists contribute to society. The optimist invents the airplane; the pessimist, the parachute.
Death is just nature's way of telling you to watch your airspeed.
As a pilot only two bad things can happen to you (and one of them will):
a. One day you will walk out to the aircraft, knowing it is your last flight.
b. One day you will walk out to the aircraft, not knowing it is your last flight.
There are rules and there are laws:
The rules are made by men who think that they know how to fly your airplane better than you.
The laws (of physics) were ordained by God.
You can and sometimes should suspend the rules, but you can never suspend the laws.
About Rules:
a. The rules are a good place to hide if you don't have a better idea and the talent to execute it.
b. If you deviate from a rule, it must be a flawless performance (e.g., if you fly under a bridge, don't hit the bridge.)
Before each flight, make sure that your bladder is empty and your fuel tanks are full.

I was told about the Williams/Snowden interview and did my best to find a complete copy. There were several, however, they have been removed.
Why? Could it be that there was way too much uncomfortable truth involved in that interview? Uncomfortable for the scoundrals that wanted the truth to remain hidden! Could it be that a few more Americans might realize the corruption within our government? Heaven forbid that this should leak out! !
Snowden has done nothing to harm the security of America! On the contrary! He is one of the few trying to reveal a cancer that is aggressively attacking our government from within.
I have always said that this young man. Snowden, is a patriot and not a traitor. Unlike that Sargent that was just traded for five serious terrorist leaders. Surely the most blatant of liberals can smell a rat within our executive branch and our congress. Believe me there are many more that one rat. America needs a pied piper. The rat population is growing exponentially in Washington DC and throughout America. Yet no one is doing anything about it. Where is the free press? Is the American media no longer free, or have they become a bunch of bed wetting crybabies? Something is wrong with this picture?

It's not black against white or smart over dumb or rich over the poor or even the haves over the have nots. Inequity is when evil wins over good, or when deceit wins over truth. It has always been this way, and it always will be until the end of time as we now know it. I believe the approaching of the end is near. Soon born-again Christians will be raptured out of here, and soon thereafter evil will be eternally defeated. I'm looking forward to that day. In the mean time we are in for some interesting times.

There are many things that make America a great nation. One that stands out is the fact that our founding fathers realized where our rights come from and stated it in the Declaration of Independence. Nine out of ten people that I ask the simple question 'Where do our rights come from?' Don't have a clue. When I tell them that they come from God they almost always say "Oh, okay, I knew that." I recently had a guy answer my question with a question, he asked, "You mean our God given rights?" He answered my question correctly with his question but still he probably didn't have a clue. Their answers or their failure to answer indicates that they seldom give God a second thought. The first two sentenses in the Second paragraph of The Declaration of Independence reads:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.
1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools
8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)
* RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)
* RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)
* RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)
* RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)
* RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)
* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)
* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)
* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)
* RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)
* RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)
* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

In the town of Greece, New York, the Christian faith was recently defended and protected.
Christian council members had been ceremonially opening up their council meetings with local pastors always praying in the name of Jesus Christ.
Turns out, a Jew and an Atheist (sounds like a bad joke, which it is) were offended by the opening prayers and decided to sue so they could protect their ears from hearing the name of Jesus.
As they said in their suit against the town of Greece:
“[We] found the prayers offensive, intolerable and an affront to a diverse community.”
Their attempt to prevent the prayers from further “disrupting or dividing the community” ended up traveling all the way to the New York State Supreme Court
Fortunately, the Constitutionally-protected right to practice whatever religion you’d like was maintained.
In Town of Greece, N.Y. v. Galloway it was ruled it was permissible under the U.S. Constitution for pastors and council members to open up city council meetings with Christian prayers.
Justice Anthony Kennedy said in his ruling:
“The inclusion of a brief, ceremonial prayer as part of a larger exercise in civic recognition suggests that its purpose and effect are to acknowledge religious leaders and the institutions they represent, rather than to exclude or coerce nonbelievers… The prayer in this case has a permissible ceremonial purpose… It is not an unconstitutional establishment of religion.”
The ruling is seen as a victory for Christians who have seen the freedom of religion dwindle over the years.
Without a doubt, the framers of the Constitution knew this kind of thing would happen when they drafted the Constitution nearly 250 years ago.
And in fact, it has been happening.
Prayer is banned in schools.
The mention of anything biblical is frowned upon and sometimes prohibited.
And the nation continues down a slippery slope where you can be labeled a “terrorist” or a “hate monger” just for saying you are a Christian.
So it’s nice to see that, in some way, the legal system is helping to protect the rights of Christians.
